, having by Council mov'd the Court, praying that he might this Sessions be either Try'd, Bail'd, or Discharg'd; his Prayer was allow'd, the King's Attorney-General being out of Town, and he was admitted to Bail, giving sufficient Bail, to the Sum of 4000 l. viz. 2000 l. himself, and 2000 l. more his other Bail, as a Security that he shall appear in order to take his Tryal at the next ensuing Sessions.
