held at the Town Court House near Westmr Hall in & for the Liberty of
the Dean & Chapter of the Collegiate Church of St. Peter Westmr . the City
Borough & Town of Westmr in the County of Middx & St. Martins Le
Grand London by adjornment on Saturdayto wit the Tenth
day of Julyin the SixteenthYear of the
Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the Second now King of Great Britain
France & Ireland Defender of the Faith Etc before Sr. John Gonson< no role >
Knt Thomas Lediard< no role > James Fraser< no role > This name instance is in set 3480. Richard Manley< no role >

and others their Fellows Justices of our said Lord the King Assigned taken
the peace within the said Liberty and also to hear & Determine diver
Felonies Trespasses & other Misdeeds done & Commited within the
said Liberty

Upon Reading the Humble Peticon of George Winter< no role > bottom
Apprentice to John Francis< no role > Lymont Cabinet maker Exhibited unto
this Court thereby shewing that the said peticoner had been bound to
the said Lymont Two years then last November and near Two years
of the said time his Master had been in Goal whereby the sd Peticonr.
had undergone great hardships and not haveing an oppertunity of
getting his Trade It was therefore prayed that this Court wou'd
discharge the sd. peticonr. from his sd. Master Whereupon the said
John Francis< no role > Lymont was Ordered to attend this Court this day of
Nine of the Clock in the forenoon to shew Cause why the said petitioner
should not be discharged from his said Indre of Apprenticeship
to the said John Francis< no role > Lymont and it appearing to this Court
upon oath that a true Copy of the said peticon & order had beenleft
personally served upon the said John Francis< no role > Lymont and the truth
of the premisses being made appear unto this Court upon Oath and
the said John Francis< no role > Lymont not appearing to answer the premisses
It is ordered by this Court that the said George Winter< no role > bottom the said
apprentice be & he is hereby absolutely discharged from the said
