To the Justices assigned to keep the Peace in and for the County of Middlesex at their General
Quarter Session begun and holden at Westminster in the said County of Middlesex on Thursday the Sixteenth
Day of October in the Thirty Fourth year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the Second by the Grace of
God of Great Britain France and Ireland King Defender of the Faith and so forth and from thence
continued by Adjournment to Monday the Twentieth day of the said Month of October at Hicks
Hall in Saint John Street in the said County of Middlesex I William Payne< no role > This name instance is in set 2582. Preacher or Teacher to a
Congregation or Assembly of Protestants Dissenting from the Church of England Do pursuant to the
Statute in that Case made and provided Certifie that I have appointed a House in the Occupation
of Elizabray Bray situate in Uxbridge in the Parish of Hillingdon in the said County of Middlesex
to be a Place of Meeting of the said Congregation and Assembly of Protestant Dissenters for
Religious Worship as Witness my [..]
