Maketh Oath and Saith That he this Deponent haths been this Morning
at General St. Claires House in Pall Mall to Enquire for him the sd: General
to Inform him that he must [..] attend this present Sessions to preferr an Indictment of
prosecute and give Evidence against the said Thomas [..]
[..] per for Picking his the said Generals Pockett of a Gold watch on ye
20th: January last. And this Deponent further Saith That hear as then
and there Informed by Esther Corlis< no role > & Elizabeth Gibbons< no role > two Maids serve
belonging to and in the Service of the said General and which this
Deponent believes to be true. That the said General had been gone
into Scosland [..] about four Months ago That he was
now in Scotland And was Expected at his said House in Pall Mall
in the Christmas Hollydays and not before
