At the General Quarter Session of the peace of our sovereign Lord the
King holden for the County of Middx at Hicks Hall in St. John street in
the County aforesaid by adjornment on Thursday the fourteen day
of January in the twenty first year of the reign of our sovereign Lord
George the second King of Great Britain Etc before Thomas Lane< no role > Merry
Teshmaker
< no role > Richard Ricards< no role > John Lawton< no role > Esquires & other their Fellows
Justices of our said Lord King assigned to keep the peace in the County
aforesaid and also to hear & determine divers felonys trespasses and other
misdeed, committed in the same County

Upon hearing of the appeal of the Churchwardens & Overseers of the poor
of the parish of St. Botolph without Bishopgate London against an
Order under the hands & seals of James Fraser< no role > This name instance is in set 3480. & Daniel Gach< no role > Esquires
two of his Majesty's Justices of the peace for the City & Liberty of
Westminster in the County of Middx (one whereof being of the Quorum)
bearing date the eighth day of January instant whereby Mary
Bryant
< no role > called in the said Order the wife of Benjamin Bryant< no role > was
removed from the parish of St. Martin in the fields within the Liberty of
Westminster in the said County of Middx to the said parish of St. Botolph
without Bishopgate called in the said Order the parish of St. Bololph
Bishopgate London as the place of the last legal settlement of the said
Mary Bryant< no role > , And Upon hearing of what was alledged by Councel for
the Churchwardens & Overseers of the poor of the said parish of
St. Martin in the fields and also by Counsel for the Churchwardens
& Overseers of the poor of the said parish of St. Botolph without
Bishopgate This Court doth allow of the said appeal And doth vacate
and discharge the aforesaid Order of the said two Justice of the peace
and the same is hereby Vacated & discharged accordingly
