Informants going to pay the Coachman his fare he
found that two Guineas and a half in Gold
and Some Silver and his pocket Book containing
the sand promisory Note was feloniously
taken and carried every and the said
Charlotte Walker< no role > was also gone away
and this Informant Joseph Jeffcott< no role > for
himself saith that he is Hackney Coachman
that on Tuesday Night last he was with his
Coach on the Stand at Temple Barr when the person
now present who calls herself Charlotte Walker< no role >
in Company with the other Informant William
Bramston
< no role > got into his Coach and desired him
to drive them to the bottom of Water Lane
White Fryers which he accordingly did that
they continued in his Coach for near an hour
when he opened the Coach door and insisted
on their getting out when this Informant ,
Saw the hand of the said Charlotte Walker< no role >
in the left hand Breeches pocket of the other
Informants, and the said Charlotte Walker< no role >
got out and went up Worker Lane , and on
the other Informants going to pay him for
his fare, said he had been robbed of two Guineas
and a half and some Silver and his pocket
Book, and Immediately went in search
of the said Charlotte Walker< no role > This name instance is in set 1436.
