attainted last session of diverse felonies and treason, and received
judgment of death.

3 John Davis< no role > , standing indicted of high-treason, ordered to remain.

5 John Forrest< no role > , convicted in Feb. session of unlawfully obtaining from Timothy Williams< no role >
a guinea by false pretences, was fined 12d. and ordered to be imprisoned 6 months.

bers

letter, and ordered to be imprisoned 6months.

be set in and upon the pillory and be imprisoned for one year.

entrusted to his care (as a person employed in stamping letters at the General Post-
Office, Lombard-Street ) and the verdict being found special, remains for judg-
ment, Etc.Also convicted of stealing two half guineas, and judgment being
respited, ordered to remain.

felony and piracy, ordered to remain till next Admiralty session.

charged.

herself to one of his Majesty's colonies in America for the term of 7 years, is de-
livered on bail.
