Ordered that a New Branch
be placed in the Church at ye.
Parish Charge of ye. Same
Value as that proposed to
be given by Dr. Smith

Parish Charge of the Same Value as that proposed to be
given by the Revd. Dr. Smith, And that Mr. Church Warden Scullard
be empowered to treat for the Same, and Dispose of the Old Branch
towards Defraying the Charge thereof.

Ordered that the Thanks of
this Parish be given to ye.

Mr: C Warden Scullard laid
before the Gent. a particular
Account in Writing of the
Charge of the Repairs of
the Church amounting to
£415:15.

This Vestry was held pursuant to Notice given in the
Church to consider of the present Repairs of the Church and also
of the Charge thereof, And Mr. Church Warden Scullard laid
before the Gentlemen present a particular Account in Writing of
the said Charge, taken from the Bills of the several Workmen &
other Artificers employed in the said Repairs amounting in the
whole to the Sum: of Four Hundred & fifteen Pounds fifteen Shillings
and he read the said Account in his place.

The sevl. Orders of Vestry
relating to the Repairs of
the Read.

Then Mr. Deputy Oyles moved that the Several Orders of Vestry
made relating to the present Repairs of the Church be now
read, and the Same were read accordingly.
