, was brought to the Bar, in order to his Trial, the King's Attorney-General, Solicitor, Counsel, and Evidences, being all present, ready to proceed on the Trial; and the Prisoner objecting against being Try'd by the Honourable Baron Thompson, and the Baron himself signifying that he had some Reluctance in his Mind against sitting as Judge on the Trial of a Man, against whom he might be suppos'd to have entertain'd some Prejudices, and consequently not be an impartial Judge, he being a Member of the House of Commons, a Committee of which House were his Prosecutors; and none of the Twelve Judges being in Town, they being gone the Circuits, the Court adjourn'd in order to his Trial on Monday the 21st of this Instant July; accordingly on Monday the 21st of this Instant July, the said
