ing the HIGHWAYS, and for settling the RATES of CARRIAGE of GOODS, And by another Act of Parliament, made in the Twenty-first Year of his<lb></lb>
late MAJESTY King GEORGE the Second's Reign, to explain and amend the said recited Act, The <rs type="occupation" id="LMWJPS65516_occ300">Justices of the Peace</rs>

any common Waggoner, or Carrier; and the Rates so made, to certify to the several MAYORS, and Chief Officers of every Market-Town, within the Limits of such<lb></lb>
