Bethlem And that he the said Chamberlain should<lb></lb>

of the Governors of the said House of the Poor And it<lb></lb>
was also further ordered, granted, and agreed<lb></lb>
that the said New seal should always from thenceforth<lb></lb>
remain and be kept in the Chamber of the said<lb></lb>
City by the Chamberlain of the same City for the<lb></lb>
time being in a Purse sealed with the Seals of<lb></lb>
the Lord Mayor of the same City for the time<lb></lb>
being and of such of the Aldermen of the said<lb></lb>
City of the Grey Cloke as should be present at<lb></lb>
any time that the same Seal should be used or<lb></lb>
occupied And that all kind of Writings that at<lb></lb>
any time thereafter should pass under the same<lb></lb>
Seal being first examined by three of the Aldermen<lb></lb>
and four of the Commoners being Governors of the<lb></lb>
House whereunto the Lands and Tenements or<lb></lb>
other things mentioned within the same writings<lb></lb>
did or should belong and subscribed with their<lb></lb>
hands according to the order there before taken for<lb></lb>
the same should there be Sealed in a full Court<lb></lb>
without any reading or further examination of<lb></lb>
the same.</p>
<p n="2971">That all and every Writings belonging<lb></lb>
to the aforesaid several Hospitals have been<lb></lb>
from time to time and at all times heretofore<lb></lb>
upon every Application Sealed with the aforesaid<lb></lb>
Hospital Seal without any interruption deniel<lb></lb>
or delay till very lately.</p>
