<p n="2779">We your Committee having taking a<lb></lb>
View of and made the proper enqueries concerning the pres<lb></lb>
ent rents and Value of the Hospital Estates at Tibshelf (<lb></lb>
attended by Mr <rs type="persName" id="LMTHMG55302_n2779-1">Benjamin Chambers</rs>

who had previously drawn a plan of the same) were fully<lb></lb>
satisfied that the Farms are Lett greatly under their present<lb></lb>
Value.</p>
<p n="2780">We find that there are two Commons which Lye<lb></lb>
within the Manor of Tibshelf, called the Upper and<lb></lb>
Nether Moor containing together upwards of three hundred<lb></lb>
Acres. which at present produce little or no benefit to the<lb></lb>
Hospital But which if an Act of Parliament could be<lb></lb>
procured to enclose them would much improve their<lb></lb>
Estate. And which Act We Apprehend might be easily<lb></lb>
obtained as are called together and consulted the greater<lb></lb>
part of the Freholders upon the subject who approved<lb></lb>
of the proposal</p>
<p n="2781">We are likewise of Opinion that a consida<lb></lb>
rably further Improvement might be made by dividing<lb></lb>
the Lands of the several Farms among the Tenants in</p>
