amouncing to £7. 14s. P Ann for a Fine of £129. One halfe there of to be paid<lb></lb>
forth with and the other halfe at Michas 1718. And he is to Enjoy the Tenemts.<lb></lb>
Granced by the said Lease Expiring at Michas 1717. till the Commoncement.<lb></lb>

Wee having had no other Surgeon who Cutts for the Stone within this<lb></lb>
hospitall but Mr. Ferne Since the Decease of Mr. Gizle And thinking it proper<lb></lb>
to have all the Surgeons in this Hospital imployed in that Operations Wee<lb></lb>
humbly Recommend to this Court Mr. Dickenson and Mr. Paul our other Two<lb></lb>
Surgeons to be chosen Surgeons for the said operation in this Hospitall together with the said<lb></lb>
Mr. Ferne</p>

It being found very unconvenient to have Patients under the Foule<lb></lb>
Disease Kept in the Wards within this Hospitall as now Practiced And those<lb></lb>
being a want of Bedds for Clean Patients Wee are of Opinion that Wards<lb></lb>
should be Built at some Distance rom the Body of the Hospitall where<lb></lb>
the Foule Patients shall be kept Seperate from the Cleane And a Plan<lb></lb>
for a new Building at the South West Corner of the Burying Ground<lb></lb>
to be made use of for that purpose having been laid before us Wee<lb></lb>
Approved of the same the Scituacon there of which takes in<lb></lb>
some Old Decayed Tenements part where of are now out of Lease and<lb></lb>
the Leases of the rest are neare Expiring and are of small value Wee<lb></lb>
therefore humbly Recommend it to this Court That Your Grand<lb></lb>
Committee may be Authorize to take in the Leases of the said Old<lb></lb>
Houses and to Erest and fitt up the said New Building in such manner<lb></lb>
as they shall Judge most propper for the Service of the Hospitall And<lb></lb>
to make use of the present House Wards for Clean Patients.</p>
<p n="2181">Wee are likewise of Opinion That the Roofes of the Three Wards<lb></lb>
in the Third Court of this Hospitall and also the Roofes of the present<lb></lb>
Foule Wards should be Raised The Doctors and Surgeons having<lb></lb>
often Complained that the Upper Wards there are in the Winter too<lb></lb>
Cold and in the Summer too hott and therefore incomodious and<lb></lb>
prejudiciall to the Patients And Wee humbly Recommend the Same<lb></lb>
to this Court for theie Direccons therein.</p>
