Expiring of Michas next Although often sent to and Treated with<lb></lb>
about the Renewing of the said Lease hath Trifted with Us in his<lb></lb>

near the true value of this Farme and hath Suffered the said Lease<lb></lb>

the said Demesnes for 21 Years from the End of the Present Lease being<lb></lb>
Michas next At the yearly Rent o f £20. In Consideracon of Fine of £400.<lb></lb>
where of £100. to be paid within a mouth after this Agreement And<lb></lb>
the remaining £300. at three Equall yearly Payments Vizt. Michas<lb></lb>
1716. Michas 1717. and Michas 1718. He is to pay all Taxes and to be<lb></lb>
under the like Covenants as in the Present Lease with a Covenant<lb></lb>
to leave Such Fallow upon this Farme at the End of the Terme as<lb></lb>
is usually made there and shall be Agreable to the Custome of the<lb></lb>

made in the method of Keeping the Accompts of the Patients<lb></lb>
And requested Some Allowance in respect there of Wee Recomend<lb></lb>
it to this Court That Wee may be Impowered to Consider of the<lb></lb>
said Request and to Order him a Gratnity if upon Inquiry into<lb></lb>
this case wee shall be Satisfied it is reasonable So to doe.</p>

to Settle and fix Sever all Fees and Charges and to make some<lb></lb>

may be for the Service of the Hospitall and Submitt the Same to<lb></lb>
