Whereas a difference was likely to arise betweene this Hospitall and<lb></lb>
Mrs: Sykes of Hackney touching the Division and Bounds of Two Pightells or Small pecred<lb></lb>
of Ground in Hackney aforesaid each containing about halfe an Acre lyeing betweene<lb></lb>
the Road leading to or called Well Street towards the South and affeild now held of this<lb></lb>
Hospitall by Lease granted to Mrs: Margarett Cook towards the North, One whereof<lb></lb>
belongs to this Hospitall and the other to the said Mrs: Syked: We thought it for the advantage<lb></lb>
of the Hospitall to treat with her for the purchase of the pightle claimed by her; upon which<lb></lb>
a House hath been lately erected under a Lease granted by her or her late Husband<lb></lb>
deceased for along Terme of yeares yet to come at Five & Thirty shillings per Annum rent<lb></lb>
and we have agreed to give her Forty seaven pounds & Five shillings for the purchase<lb></lb>
of the Rovercon and Inheritance of the said peice of Grand, which is to be conveyed<lb></lb>
to the use of this Hospitall</p>

support of the Sick and wounded persons therein, Orifthe Constitution of the Hospitall<lb></lb>
would not admitt of such a Settlement or disposicon Then he appointed that the sd Legacy<lb></lb>
should be applyed or disposed of to the use and benefitt of this Hospitall in such manner<lb></lb>
as the Generall Court of this Hospitall should direct and appoint which Legacy</p>
