And Wee haveing fully Debaled and Considered the Case as to the<lb></lb>
Building of the said New House upon the Uplands Are of Opinion That in<lb></lb>
Regard there are three Houses as aforesaid already upon the Uplands the<lb></lb>
Building of another will rather be a Burthen than an Advantage to the<lb></lb>
said Estate and Wee therefore Recomend it to this Court for the putting<lb></lb>
an End to all further pretensions by the said Mr Collyer for an Allowance<lb></lb>
from this Hospitall on Accompt of the said New Wall or otherwise relateing<lb></lb>
to the said Estate That she should be Discharged from the said Covenant<lb></lb>
in the said Lease for Building the said House In case she shall by Lady<lb></lb>
Day not at her owne Charge put the said Farme house near Alvethly<lb></lb>
Church with the Barnes Stables and outhouses thereunto belonging into<lb></lb>
such good and sufficient Repaire and make such Additions to the same<lb></lb>
as by the Grand Committee upon a View thereof shall be thought<lb></lb>
needfull or propper And shall also Compleat the planting of the Trees<lb></lb>
mentioned in the said Lease in such manner as shall be satisfactory<lb></lb>
to the said Committee All which she hath promised and Undertaken<lb></lb>
to Doe if this Court shall think fitt to Discharge the said Covenant.</p>

Wee takeing Notice that some of the Sisters and Nurses in this<lb></lb>
Hospitall who through Age or Other Infirmities are become Unfitt for<lb></lb>
their Businesse are now a Burthen and Charge upon the House They<lb></lb>
haveing nothing of their owne to maintaine themselves and the place of<lb></lb>
their Cass Settlement being Unknowne have ordered that for preventing<lb></lb>
the like Incoveniency for the future No sister Nurse or Helper be<lb></lb>
Admitted into this Hospitall without a Certificate from the Minister<lb></lb>
and Churchwardens of the Parish where they had their last Settlement<lb></lb>
and that every sister shall give security to be a proved by the Trear<lb></lb>
not Exceeding the penally of Five pounds To Answer and make good<lb></lb>
the Inventory of such part of the Hospitall goods as shall come under their<lb></lb>
Care.</p>

represented to us that the Number of Patients now Usually taken<lb></lb>
into and kept<gap reason="illegible"></gap>
under Care in this Hospitall far Eaeeds what were formly<lb></lb>
admitted and that therefore a much greater quantity of Physick hath<lb></lb>
for sometime past been provided by him then was ever before used in this<lb></lb>
Hospitall and the like must be provided for the Tine to come in Case that<lb></lb>
Number be kept up And praying that some Consideration may be<lb></lb>
had thereof and such addition made to his Yearly Allowance as upon<lb></lb>
Examining into the case shall appeare Reasonable Wee recommend<lb></lb>
it to this Court as our Oppinion That the Grand Comittee should be<lb></lb>
Empowered to Examine into this Representation and to make such<lb></lb>
Addition to his Yearly allowance as they upon such Examination<lb></lb>
shall think Just and Reasonable.</p>

And Lastly Wee haveing Reviewed the Antient Charge<lb></lb>

Admission and being of Opinion that this was a very necessary and usefull<lb></lb>
practice have caused the same to be Reprinted with some Alterations And<lb></lb>
we recomend it as propper to be Read at this Court and that a Printed Coppy<lb></lb>
thereof should be Delivered to every Governor then present and to every</p>
