hospitall in whose Lease are Diverse Yeares yett to Come have Applyed<lb></lb>
themselves to Vs praying the Liberty of reneweing or that a further<lb></lb>
Terme of Yeares might be Added upon payment of some small Fines<lb></lb>
or other small Consideracons And wee being of Opinion that such<lb></lb>
a practice hath been heretofore Injurious to the Revenues of this<lb></lb>
House and would be highly prejudicial if now or hereafter Admitted And<lb></lb>
although the Comittees of this Hospll: have of late Yeares<lb></lb>
Declined makeing any such Addiconall Grants till within Three Yeares<lb></lb>
of the Expiracon of the Old Leases Yet therebeing noe Order of<lb></lb>
this Court obligeing the Observance of this Rule Wee humbly<lb></lb>
recomend it is a Matter in our Opinion very fitt and necessary<lb></lb>
to be Ordered by this Court That noe Lease shall be renewed nor<lb></lb>
any Addiconall Terme Granted by the Comittee of any of the houses or Lands<lb></lb>
belonging to this Hospll: till within Three Yeares of the Expiracon<lb></lb>
of the Old Leases Excepting only in the parish of St: Thomas where<lb></lb>
the Comittee may have power to Grant or renew any Addiconal<lb></lb>
Terme as they shall Think propper in regard many of the<lb></lb>
houses there are very Antient and great part thereof want<lb></lb>
to be rebuilt And that no New Lease shall be granted<lb></lb>
for above One and Twenty Yeares unlesse in Case of <rs type="placeName" id="LMTHMG55301_geo511">New Building</rs>
