They upon the

and four foot six Inches broad at the East end whereit a builts upon the Fence

Wall and Three foot at the West end ending at the joint in the Hospitall

Wall with Liberty to inclose the same And that the Heirs or those who

Claime under the said Mr: Coldham shall have and enjoy forever All

the Ground which they now hold by the severall Grants made as aforesaid

by the Hospitall to the said Mr: Cold hamd and Mr: Paine and shall have

leave to put or bear their Timbers in the Hospitall Wall forever They the

said Heirs or those who are Interested in the said Mr. Coldhams Estate

paying to the Hospitall the sume of Seaventy pounds in full of all demands

Which Opinion being well like and approved of on both sides wee and

the said Trustees have agreed that the same shall be in all respects

complyed with but in regard the said Trustees are advised that for the better

inableing them effectually to performe this Agreement it is necessary to have

the same Confirmed by a Decree in Chancery Wee have consented
