purchased) As concerning a small peice of Ground belonging to the<lb></lb>
Hospitall and lying without the Hospitall Wall behind the<lb></lb>
Butlers Appartment and another peice of Ground part of the said<lb></lb>
Mr: Coldhams free hold which is at present held by this Hospitall<lb></lb>
under a Lease for about Eight years to come granted by one Mr.<lb></lb>
Mustion who holds under the said Mr. Coldham at Five pounds per<lb></lb>
Ann upon which the Laboratory with the Roomes over it are built<lb></lb>
Wee thought fitt for the ending of the said Differences to enter into<lb></lb>
a Treaty with Docter Cox and others who are Interested in the<lb></lb>
said Mr: Coldhams Estate as Trustees for Infants or otherwise in<lb></lb>
order to <rs type="placeName" id="LMTHMG55301_geo408">the Exchange</rs>

They upon the<lb></lb>
Twenty Ninth Day of August last delivered their Opinion in writeing<lb></lb>
under their hands to the offer following (vizt) That the Hospitall have and<lb></lb>
enjoy for ever the said peice of Ground taken of the said Mr: Mustion<lb></lb>
paying him the Rent reserved upon his Lease to the Hospitall till the<lb></lb>
expiracon of that Lease And alsoe the said other peice of Ground lying<lb></lb>
behind the Butlers Apartment being Twenty Two foot East and West<lb></lb>
and four foot six Inches broad at the East end whereit a builts upon the Fence<lb></lb>
Wall and Three foot at the West end ending at the joint in the Hospitall<lb></lb>
Wall with Liberty to inclose the same And that the Heirs or those who<lb></lb>
Claime under the said Mr: Coldham shall have and enjoy forever All<lb></lb>
the Ground which they now hold by the severall Grants made as aforesaid<lb></lb>
by the Hospitall to the said Mr: Cold hamd and Mr: Paine and shall have<lb></lb>
leave to put or bear their Timbers in the Hospitall Wall forever They the<lb></lb>
said Heirs or those who are Interested in the said Mr. Coldhams Estate<lb></lb>
paying to the Hospitall the sume of Seaventy pounds in full of all demands<lb></lb>
Which Opinion being well like and approved of on both sides wee and<lb></lb>
the said Trustees have agreed that the same shall be in all respects<lb></lb>
complyed with but in regard the said Trustees are advised that for the better<lb></lb>
inableing them effectually to performe this Agreement it is necessary to have<lb></lb>
the same Confirmed by a Decree in Chancery Wee have consented<lb></lb>
thereto</p>
