And that the Seven acres of March Land lying alsoe in Plumstead of<lb></lb>
which he agreed with the Comittee the Twenty Fourth August 1699:<lb></lb>
to take a Lease for Twenty One Years from Michas then next following<lb></lb>
at Twelve pounds per Ann shall be granted to him in one Lease with<lb></lb>
the aforesaid Five acres to comence together from Michas 1701: And<lb></lb>
that the said Rents shall be therein alsoe joined together and reserved<lb></lb>
and made payable free from any Deduccon for taxes Wall Scotts parish<lb></lb>
Duties or other charges which are all to be paid ad borne by the said<lb></lb>
