the Committee and it was stated to be their intention to use a part<lb></lb>
of the River Cole adjoining to a certain extent to some of the<lb></lb>
Hospital Lands as a part of the Canal instead of making the<lb></lb>
intended Cut through such Lands provide the Hospital consent<lb></lb>
thereto.</p>
