To give to the Parish a Gratuity of £20 towards the<lb></lb>
expence incurred in the repair of the Church.</p>

The Clerk acquainted the Committee that Lord Warwick<lb></lb>
not having delivered up the possession of the Houses and Ground<lb></lb>
at Clapton he had agreeably to the direction of the Committee<lb></lb>
instituted an Action of Ejectment for recovery of the possession<lb></lb>
thereof which he had intended bringing to trial at the Sittings<lb></lb>
after the present Term but that Lord Warwick had desired that<lb></lb>
the Trial may be deposed until the next Michaelmas him to<lb></lb>
afford him the opportunity of looking into his Title his Lordship<lb></lb>
by his Agents declaring it to be his intention not to dispute the<lb></lb>
Hospitals Title provided he should find he has no right to<lb></lb>
the Premises</p>
