<p n="2893">The Minutes of the last Grand Committee<lb></lb>
held the 5th June last were read & confirmed</p>
<p n="2894">Ordered That the Annual General<lb></lb>
Court of this Hospital be sumoned for Wednesday<lb></lb>
the 11th instant at Eleven a Clock in the forenoon<lb></lb>
the President having been consulted therein &<lb></lb>
agreeing thereto.</p>

that pursuant to the Resolution of the General<lb></lb>
Court held 15th July 1741 whereby it was referred<lb></lb>
to him in Conjunetion with the Treasurers of<lb></lb>

next of Kin touching any doubt that might arise<lb></lb>
upon his Will or the Charitable Lagacey's thereby<lb></lb>
Devised to he poor of the said Hospitals That<lb></lb>
they had come to an Agreement that the Hospitals<lb></lb>
should receive their respective Legacy's of £2000<lb></lb>
£2000 & £1000 and that the Residuary Estate<lb></lb>
which by his Will was given to the Three Hospital<lb></lb>
Equally should be divided into four equal Parts<lb></lb>
one part thereof shoud by for the benefit of his<lb></lb>
Two Sisters the next of Kin and that it being neces<lb></lb>
sary to have the said Ageements confirmed by<lb></lb>
the Court of Chancery A Bill had been brought<lb></lb>
for that purpose in Consequence whereof Mr<lb></lb>
Treasurer has received the Legacey of £2000<lb></lb>
given to this Hospital and the said Agreement<lb></lb>
with respect to the Residue of the Estate has been<lb></lb>
Confirmed</p>
