have been Pupils in the<lb></lb>
Hospital for a year last past & diligently<lb></lb>
attended the practice of the Surgeons here<lb></lb>
according to the Contents of the usual Certificate<lb></lb>
& therefore he desired liberty to sign such Certificate<lb></lb>
in behalf of the said Pupills.</p>
<p n="2169">Ordered<lb></lb>
That the Surgeons have leave to<lb></lb>
sign a Certificate for the said Pupills in the<lb></lb>
usual manner</p>
<p n="2170">A Motion being made that the Pupils in this<lb></lb>
Hospital be examin'd by the Surgeons as to their<lb></lb>
Skill in Surgery before Certificates be granted to 'em</p>
<p n="2171">Order'd<lb></lb>
That such Motion be considered at the<lb></lb>
next Grand Committee and that the Surgeons<lb></lb>
of the Hospital do then attend.</p>
<p n="2172">The Clerk acquainted this Committee that<lb></lb>

of the Hospital Tenants is become insolvent &<lb></lb>
his Effects been taken in Execution by the<lb></lb>
Lord Brook</p>

That the Clerk do enquire into the present<lb></lb>
Circumstances of the said Woodley & whether<lb></lb>
he is able to hold the Land he rented of this<lb></lb>
Hospital.</p>
