<p n="1988">There being several of the Bibles and<lb></lb>

of the Wards of this Hospital, It was<lb></lb>
Order'd That Mr. Drew be desired to take<lb></lb>

<p n="1989">The consideration of the increase of<lb></lb>
the Expence of the Apothecary's Shop which was<lb></lb>
adjourned at the last meeting of this Committee<lb></lb>
being resumed this Committee came to the<lb></lb>
following Resolution</p>
<p n="1990">That there appears reason to apprehend<lb></lb>
such increase of expence has arisen partly<lb></lb>
from the full number of patients in the<lb></lb>
House but more especially from the encreased<lb></lb>
numbers of Out patients and the too<lb></lb>
large dispensing of Medicines to them<lb></lb>
at a time And also from the enlarging the<lb></lb>
Dispensatory of the Hospital both as to<lb></lb>
the Number & Value of the Medicines<lb></lb>
which the Physicians have thought necess-<lb></lb>
-ary for the welfare of the Patients</p>
<p n="1991">It is therefore the Opinion of this Comittee<lb></lb>
That It be recommended to the Physicians<lb></lb>
of this house to be cautions of using such<lb></lb>
druggs as are dear or may Occasionally</p>
