any other Person take a New Lease in case the<lb></lb>
Children were Considered Whereupon Mr Richd.<lb></lb>
Saunders proposed to take a Lease of the said<lb></lb>
premisses Subject to such kindness as the<lb></lb>
Comittee should think fit to shew the Children<lb></lb>
