Hospital had misapplyed the same. Ordered that<lb></lb>
upon Mr. Jefferyes Signing the Contract for the said<lb></lb>
Lease (which is taken to be a Beneficial Contract to<lb></lb>
the Hospital) his Bond for Payment of the sd. £100. at<lb></lb>
Christmas next be Accepted instead of paying the sd.<lb></lb>

will Accept to put the premisses into good Repair And<lb></lb>
that in the mean time Proper Workmen do view the<lb></lb>
Premisses on the Hospitals part and see what Repairs<lb></lb>
are necessary and what such Repairs will cost.</p>
