Repaires and to advance Eight pounds P Annum<lb></lb>
Ground Rent above the Old Ground Rent of £4 P<lb></lb>
Ann She afterwards proposed £71. more as an<lb></lb>
addition to the Fine and to Quit all pretensions<lb></lb>
to any Satisfaction for the Charge she lately paid<lb></lb>
for a party Wall which Cost her about Thirty pounds<lb></lb>
But the Committee was of Opinion her Proposalls</p>
