for the money reced by him for the Hospital<lb></lb>
use, but not brought to Accompt being £340:15s:11d<lb></lb>
And a Peticon from him was Read, setting forth his<lb></lb>
miserable and poor Condicon, And his Inabillity to<lb></lb>
pay the said money, And praying the Mercy & Compass<lb></lb>
of the Governors towards him; And a Peticon also<lb></lb>
from Mrs Finch his Mother (who stands Ingaged for<lb></lb>
him to the Hospitall) with an Affidt: thereunto annexd<lb></lb>
was Read, setting forth him Poverty & utter Incapacity to<lb></lb>
pay the said money, And praying the favour of ye Governors:<lb></lb>
That she may not be Ruined on Accompt of her said Son<lb></lb>
who hath already wated all her Substance and reduced<lb></lb>
her so low, that she cannot goeoning the Service of <rs type="placeName" id="LMTHMC55203_geo574">the<lb></lb>
Hospitall</rs>

which have been lately Stopp'd Whereupon this<lb></lb>
Committee haveing considered the Case thought fitt to<lb></lb>
Order, That a Bond be given by Mr Barnett & Mrs Finch<lb></lb>
for the said money, to be paid in Three months, And that<lb></lb>
then the said Barnett be discharged out of Custody<lb></lb>
The Intent of takeing which Bond, is declared by this<lb></lb>
Committee, to be That if the said Barnett or Mrs Finch<lb></lb>
should be here after able to pay the said Debt or any part<lb></lb>
thereof the same may be them Recovered for the use of</p>
