Sewall Tenents. in St. Thomas parish whereby She offered<lb></lb>
£50. for a fine in money & alleadged yt. She had laid out<lb></lb>
£15. in raising the Comon Sewers wch. She expected to be<lb></lb>
allowed by the Hosp: & So weekons yt. £65. a Sufficient<lb></lb>
fine & all yt. She would give by way of five for a<lb></lb>
Lease of 25. yrs. after the present Lease, wch. the Comittee<lb></lb>
judging to be much to little acquainted the sd. Mr. Layfeld<lb></lb>
& desired him to tell Mrs. Hall yt. they could not accept<lb></lb>
thereof & She seeming to be positive in giving no more they<lb></lb>
must inquire after<gap reason="illegible"></gap>

were ever taxed any wife howsoever & therefore<lb></lb>
desired the Coitre to acqt. the Govnours of it in order to the<lb></lb>
getting them of, & the Coitre to inquire when the Comrs. fitt<lb></lb>
& they will go to them in order to the getting it of.</p>
