<p n="1329">The Revd. Mr. Marshall having (are wittingly by I suppose)<lb></lb>
taken a promissory now from Mes load as Mr. Daniels, which<lb></lb>
would subject her to a penalty of £20. for want of being upon a<lb></lb>
proper Stamp, the Treasurer has directed me to inclose it to you<lb></lb>
will the same Engagement wrote upon a Stamp, & to beg the<lb></lb>
favour of you to wait upon Mis Coad & get her Signature to it<lb></lb>
(delivery upto her the unstamped are) declare at to me<lb></lb>

<p n="1333">I am favoured with your Letter & draft of yesterday date<lb></lb>
for £20.0.8 an Messrs. Ives Hussy & Co. which will be duly<lb></lb>
placed to your credit for half a year Rent of Premises leased to<lb></lb>
you from the Hospital, deer as Lady day last.</p>
<p n="1334">Your lease is prepared but waits with a Number of others<lb></lb>
for Examination by a Committee of Governors, after which it will<lb></lb>
Account to the Chamberlains Offices to receive the Seal if the Caps<lb></lb>
-ration, which is in the Custody of the Common Council if London<lb></lb>
When these forms are some thro it well be forwarded to you<lb></lb>
will an Account of the Expence.</p>
<p n="1335">Our Treasurer Mr. Chapman preposes being is Portsmouth<lb></lb>
To Messrs. & if his term will permit, he will all to pay his<lb></lb>
Respects to you Mr Hurry & to on the Hospital Estate<lb></lb>
There is an outstandg but Ann in Mr Boswells hands for rent<lb></lb>
received by him of Mr. Hockins: Will you be or good as to get<lb></lb>
him to pay at over to you, or to be ready to pay it to Mr Chapman</p>

depose of the oak Timber you speak of at £6.10. Pson<lb></lb>
or a better Price, if obtainable, and he hopes you will sell it<lb></lb>
to such Person as will be punitual in then Payments.</p>
