of four year of Arrears of Rent Etc issuing out of an Estate of the late<lb></lb>
Col Barlow at Dringhouses, & payable ever same the Augn of James the<lb></lb>
four to the four Royal Hospital in London. As the Col; had unacin<lb></lb>
ably delayed the Payment of the rent the frequently applied to<lb></lb>
for it, the Sold. of Church Hospital had received direction to inforce it,<lb></lb>
lyally if with held any longer, and would have proceeded so to do if the<lb></lb>
Col as Death had not intervened Burpinded the Measure; but as you<lb></lb>
we presence, are his Executer or legal Representative, I have to request that<lb></lb>
you will will sad further delay remetane the abovementioned Sum<lb></lb>
& yearly continue to pay £19.18. to that Hospital for which I well<lb></lb>
brammet your the accustomed Receipt.</p>
