for £67.4.5 for the balance, I have duly received: I have examined<lb></lb>
the Account & find it right, and if this Mode of Payment by draft<lb></lb>
in your Banker (which if port dated 3 or 4 days would be safer) is adopted<lb></lb>
in future, it will be preferable in many Respect to a Remittance Pbill.</p>

Receipt of your<lb></lb>
Remittance for the Annual Balance of Accot. it only remains<lb></lb>
with me to say that since I had the favour of your Letter of<lb></lb>
the 8th Inst. I have submitted it to a Grand Committee of the<lb></lb>
Hospital who ever whith me in Opinion that it is desirable to<lb></lb>
prevail upon the Commissrs. to exchange land for land provided<lb></lb>
it can be done on times advantages (as expressed in your<lb></lb>
letter of the 14 Sept. last); but in Case it is necessary to dispose<lb></lb>
of any part<obscured></obscured>
perfectly agree will you in then & G that<obscured></obscured>
th<lb></lb>
detached pure of Miss Hewitts the more desirable either to<lb></lb>
exchange or sett,<gap reason="illegible"></gap>
