Since my Letter to you of the 24 April last, to which<lb></lb>
I beg leave to refer you, we have not been favoured with any<lb></lb>
of your Communications: I am afraid therefore either that the<lb></lb>
Settlement with Mr Hoskins has escaped your Messerey, a that<lb></lb>
some Obstacle has are in to present the Completion of it, whatever<lb></lb>
it may by please to advise me for the Information of the Treasurer.<lb></lb>
& I have further to request that you will obtain from Mr Bensted<lb></lb>
a Ground Plot of the Buildings, then description & value (making<lb></lb>
in the whole £600) for the purpose of ensuing them, as they<lb></lb>
now stand at Rerque; & when done, I will send you the Amot.<lb></lb>
of the Informance to be received of Messrs. Henry H: And your<lb></lb>
will be or good also as to pay Mr Bensted bill before you make<lb></lb>

portunity, informing me who is your Agent in Town to whom<lb></lb>
I can pay the Expence of the Certificate Etc Etc, & whether it<lb></lb>
may be paid to him annually without any further Applica<lb></lb>
