During a short Absence from the Hospital the Begimory of<lb></lb>
last Month, Mr. Farr called & paid the Steward the At ceration<lb></lb>
fine, on assigning the lease to you, & half a year rent to<lb></lb>
Michimas last but the Steward not having Access to the books<lb></lb>
he gave the Receipt to Lady day last which is a Mistake Since<lb></lb>
my Action I have waste to Mr Farr to correct the Mistake but<lb></lb>
having heard nothing from him, I cannot till whether he has reced<lb></lb>
my letter. Under this Circumstance I think it right to inform<lb></lb>
you of the fact because I presence you will have a Sum of money<lb></lb>
to pay Mr Farr for the farming Back spending, & it beter you</p>
