the Canterbury Park for £75. in Stephenson & Co. which when paid<lb></lb>
will be duly ordered; & enclosed I return you a Receipt for half a<lb></lb>
Year rent due at Michelmas last. This Remittance is perfectly<lb></lb>
in Time, & if this Made of making it is movement to you, I<lb></lb>
think it is preferable to any other. When the Timber you<lb></lb>
have old is measured & preced, you will be so good as to trares-<lb></lb>
met me an Account to be entered in a Book we keep for that<lb></lb>
Purpose, & if yearly falls are advisable (which in times like<lb></lb>
the present, when Timber bears a high price is pulips particularly<lb></lb>
so you well do well when the Time of fillery cames on to<lb></lb>
give the Treasurer your Advice on the Subject.</p>
