30 years Purchase, & if the Mess Hewetts Interest is deducted, I<lb></lb>
think the Hospital ought to receive at least £25 or £30 P Ann<lb></lb>

heavy a top by the Pursey Estate, it belover in to a sail<lb></lb>

last when the lease to Daman expired, & £40 a Years<lb></lb>
