I am farmed with your Letter of the 12th. Jur adve<lb></lb>
sing Mr Aldins not having answered your Letter relative to<lb></lb>
the exchange under the Commissioner of Mr Atinswick in closure<lb></lb>
apleable to her our proposition, & as I consider the Hospital<lb></lb>
has a Clann upon him as far as that Contract goes I request<lb></lb>
you will be pleased to make known my Sentments thereon<lb></lb>

may be sold on year thatto. The Hospital's purchasing it<lb></lb>

Sir W. Rawlins is now with me on the Subject of the<lb></lb>
farm at Etterley, & aprees with myself in thinking the<lb></lb>
following Propositions such as what are could with Property<lb></lb>
subenet to the Comederateen of the Governors of the two Characters</p>
<p n="920">The Tenants to have Terrben off the Estate allowed hear for<lb></lb>
putting the Premises into Repair building every necessary<lb></lb>
Stable & Office at the Hormashall to what the Barn is to be<lb></lb>
removed, likewise the Marenals of the Cottage; in this he<lb></lb>
must lay our as Least £200. to your Satisfaction. The<lb></lb>
rent are a Lease for 21 Years (the Covenants of which to be<lb></lb>
agreeable to the Hurburary & usage of the Country) are think<lb></lb>
ought to be £80 P Ann. Should the responsible Person<lb></lb>
you name accide to this Proposition we will embrace<lb></lb>
an early Opportunity of oubrintting the same to over<lb></lb>
respective Governors</p>
