This Hospital having an Agent for same Estates in Derbyshire &<lb></lb>
Yorkshire the Receipt of this rent has for a great Number of Years<lb></lb>
passed through her Hands, but for some year part, it has not been<lb></lb>
paid with the accustomed Regularity, & Mr. Chamber has lately<lb></lb>
signified to the Treasurer that your Professional & parliament sury<lb></lb>
duties making it extremely difficult for him to know where to address<lb></lb>
you is to receive a Remittance it has<obscured></obscured>
ed to him that this Pay.<lb></lb>
ment might be made more convieneintly both to yourself & the<lb></lb>

Hospital being entitled to £¼. of this Rent only & having also the<lb></lb>

Hospitals receiving from this, then respective Quotas soon after<lb></lb>
they become due, the Audition of the Accounts complain of the Irre<lb></lb>
gularity & desire that it may be remended. Under this Circumstance<lb></lb>
Mr Chamber has desired me to learn your Residence in Town, &<lb></lb>
settle same made of paying the Money in Future. There was two<lb></lb>
Year rent due at Ladyday last say £39.16.- The Hospital<lb></lb>
