table a Tenant as yourself well at all Termes be sure to meet<lb></lb>

<p n="677">I am glad to find that the Presentments of our expensive<lb></lb>
wall are light the year, & as I understand you are Foreman<lb></lb>
of the Jury I am presented you well take care that we are<lb></lb>
no loaded with unnecessary Burthews. The Charge last year<lb></lb>
as paid by your was 122.13.6 & for rag stone by the Hospital<lb></lb>
£45. making in the whole £167.13.6 wheel is so enormous<lb></lb>
that I hope little or nothing will be required to bed one this<lb></lb>
year, and that little done at as small expence as possible.<lb></lb>
whether it be Chalk or the Mentish Ray Stone agreeable to your<lb></lb>
own Judgment. I entered myself the pleasurer of spending a<lb></lb>
day until you, when we can view ade walk &, before this<lb></lb>
Month as ever & shall so he the liberty of apprizing you thereof<lb></lb>
