name the Trend who is to fell the place & then Mr Cromwell<lb></lb>
will frame the Bonden its new foren & send it to you for Execution<lb></lb>
I his leave also to intimate that as your only state your Account<lb></lb>
will the Hospital once a Year (i e. after the Receipt of the<lb></lb>
Lady day rents in September) you will oblige me by staying at the<lb></lb>
