£15.2for a year & halfs rent & Acquittance due as Michmas<lb></lb>
last & in future if you will refer me to your Correspondent in<lb></lb>
London, I will lodge my Receipt with him for the annual rent,<lb></lb>
which will save as both Trouble.If then Rent is paid by Messr.<lb></lb>
Kirkpatrick themselves will you have the Goodness to hand this<lb></lb>
Enquiry to them that the Purpose of it may be answered.</p>

<p n="477">I am favoured with your of the 13s. covering three Bells Value<lb></lb>
five hundered & one pounds five Shillings, which as they are paid well<lb></lb>
be placed to the Credit of your Account with the Hospital, impact<lb></lb>
of the Tebshalf rents due as Michmas last.It certainly will<lb></lb>
much contribute to the Charnss of the Accounts, to keep the Rents<lb></lb>
of the Colliery Account totally destinct from each other. If the<lb></lb>
Expence of the Collecey exceed the Income on any Occasion the<lb></lb>
difference should be made good to you by dufths upon the<lb></lb>
Treasurer & charged to the Debet of the Collery Account.</p>
<p n="478">Since I received your I have just had a Treasurer Sight of<lb></lb>
the Treasurer who purpose are long writing to you. In Remark<lb></lb>
upon the News of the dreadful death of Will Hill he desire in<lb></lb>

the Mr. Hill who says £60 a year or him<lb></lb>
that pass £46.10& whether he has left property enough to<lb></lb>
the Widow, if she our seven the Shock, to enroll her to pay the Read<lb></lb>
