that by a Resolution of the Grand Committee the Rent of the<lb></lb>
Hospital farms are ordered to be paid within half a year<lb></lb>
after they become due that is the Rent due as Lady day should<lb></lb>
be paid rather before michmas, & so on; & in this, the Committee<lb></lb>
expert the Tenants to be punctuate. And here it becomes necessary<lb></lb>
for me to engine whether the present Tenant hold att the same<lb></lb>
Rent as Mr. Stevens did, or whither you entered into any<lb></lb>
Agreement with him; the late Treasurer gave me no Information<lb></lb>

You will be aware that the present Treasurer will sand in need<lb></lb>
of a deal of Particular & local Information, respecting the take<lb></lb>
& Circumstances of the farms; but as it is hen Intention as soon<lb></lb>
as he concurrently can, to take to a Veen of all the Coventry Estates,<lb></lb>
it well then be & he proper Time to ask & receive the request<lb></lb>
Information. It may Lorsever be useful for you to give the<lb></lb>
Tenants a Hent that when the Treasurer takes a Survey he<lb></lb>
expects to fixed the Buildings upon their farms in good & decent<lb></lb>
