I am surprized at Your not sending the Interest<lb></lb>
according to Mr: Treasurers Letter. he told You he would have 4 P: Ch:<lb></lb>
from the time it: ought to have been paid which time you know very<lb></lb>
well. It you send Ten Pounds for Five Years Interest: I will then<lb></lb>
send a Receipt for the whole. As to the Damage You mention from<lb></lb>
removing the Timber Your Lease will shew.<lb></lb>

1747. is mention'd. And lastly if the Land Tax shall be reduced under Four Shillings<lb></lb>
in the Pound during the said term: that then the said Governors shall have the benefit.<lb></lb>
of such a ReductionNow as the Land tax was reduced to 3s/ in the pound for the<lb></lb>
Year 1767. You paid 1s/ in the pound less: and consequently the Governors are entitled<lb></lb>
to that. benefit. which is the reason I have not: sent to Mr: Exley as You desired. As I<lb></lb>
have charg'd Your Account with the Five Pounds lower'd You in the said Land Tax:<lb></lb>
Which. if Youll. Please to desire Mr: Exley to pay with the Fifty Pounds You mention<lb></lb>
