On looking over the Account of the Eltirley Estate,<lb></lb>
I find, the Balance to be as you have made it, that is £1.14.9<lb></lb>
which you will remit the just opportunity. The Landtax<lb></lb>
& Quit Rent Receipts, your Son left with me you will<lb></lb>
have Credit for them when the Balance is remitted<lb></lb>
I am afraid that Gregory by his sumingly fair pretences,<lb></lb>
has some bad Design to Prosecute, you will therefore<lb></lb>
look Sharp after him; it is an invarioble Maxim with<lb></lb>
many people, Etc Suspect most when uncommon Civilities<lb></lb>
or great prosessions of Service an offer'd them: And<lb></lb>
indeed, I am of their Opinion He may mean to Act<lb></lb>
as he says, however, it is best to be upon ones Guard,<lb></lb>
& then, let what will be the Consequence, one is in some<lb></lb>
