I troubled you with a Letter some little while ago<lb></lb>
wherein Informed you of the Order of the Grand Commee<lb></lb>
relative to the Money they were pleased to Allow<del>your</del>

Mr. Hancock & your Sister Batlyl towards the Repairs<lb></lb>
of their<del>your</del>
Turm, At the same time I mentioned the<lb></lb>
remainder of the Fine due for the Lease as also of<lb></lb>
five Guineas the Attorneys Fees for Engrassing it<lb></lb>
and was in Expectation of hearing from you about<lb></lb>
these several Matters. I have been several times Asked<lb></lb>
by Mr. Treasurer whether I had heard or received any<lb></lb>
Answer Rents And He is a good deal dissatisfied<lb></lb>
that I have not and Considering what the Commee<lb></lb>
had lately done for them He did not think that they<lb></lb>
would have been so remiss and has really Orderd me<lb></lb>
to Write that He does expect they will remit a<lb></lb>
considerable part of the Fine the whole of which<lb></lb>
should have been paid at Mictras last. You wek<lb></lb>
please to acquaint Mr. Battyl & your Sister Hancock<lb></lb>
with the Treasurers Sentiments on this Head &<lb></lb>

I can no longer for bear Writing to you relations to the Jane<lb></lb>
due to this Hospital upon Granting you a Lean of Helions<lb></lb>
Bumpstead the 17 Novr 1756 and which Fine of one hundred<lb></lb>
Pounds was to have been paid upon delivery of the Lease<lb></lb>
which was on the 22 Aug. 1758. I hope you will immediately<lb></lb>
on Receipts of this Remitt the said me as Mr. Treasurer doth<lb></lb>
insist on its being paid He Says that you have had all the<lb></lb>
Indulgence that You could Wicter Dennie & will not hear of any<lb></lb>
further excuse I cannot but think a Mr. treasurer that you containly<lb></lb>
have not the least pretence to complain on this Head even if it<lb></lb>
should put you to some difficulty as it is now near three years since<lb></lb>
it ought to have been Discharged</p>
