In answer to yrs. of the 18th inst. Mr Treasurer<lb></lb>
consents to the Agreement you made with the Butcher of<lb></lb>
betting him the Cottage & Land, now held by Taylor, at £5.- - a<lb></lb>
year & he to do the Repairs, but to <gap reason="illegible"></gap>
allow him 20s towards<lb></lb>
them out of his first Rent And you are desired to give<lb></lb>
Taylor Notice that unless he quits at Laday & leaves the<lb></lb>
Prems. in proper Repair, a Distress with be made for the<lb></lb>
Arrears of Rent and such other Methods taken as the Law<lb></lb>
allows of And no Favour will be Shown him</p>
