In Answer to Yrs. of 26th. alt Mr Treasr.<lb></lb>
has ordered me to acquaint You that he thinks Mr Swaine's<lb></lb>
demands for Posts & Rails are very large And therefore<lb></lb>
desires Your Opinion whether so many are necessary Etc<lb></lb>
whether a Bank would not he more proper than Post & Rails<lb></lb>
for inclosing the Woods and if it would not be cheaper to<lb></lb>
buy Stuff for the two hundred Pales than to fell Timber<lb></lb>
Mr Treasurer therefore refers giving his final Orders about<lb></lb>
these Repairs till he hears from you what you<gap reason="illegible"></gap>
judges<lb></lb>
is most proper to be done for the Service of the Hospital<lb></lb>
Journey at the same time send an Account what Timber<lb></lb>
Trees on this Estate have done growing and what are fit<lb></lb>
for the purposes of these Repairs<lb></lb>
