The Gentleman concerned in the Eltisley Estate have<lb></lb>
been in Expectation ever since the Recet. of Yrs. of the 30th. July last, of<lb></lb>
hearing from you that the Tenants had made a handsome paymt. towards<lb></lb>
discharging their large Arrear And as to Taylor the Govrs. are<lb></lb>
determined to seize & let the Cottage to another, You will please<lb></lb>
to let the Gentlemen know Yr. Opinion in this Affair And I am etc<lb></lb>

that Mr. Hand be allow'd £15. towards a Reparation of<lb></lb>
the extraordinary Damages done him by digging the Coal<lb></lb>
in his Land, which is to be deducted out of the Fine he is<lb></lb>
to pay on the renewal of his Lease agreed to be granted<lb></lb>
him last Summer</p>
