the Subject of Yrs. of the 21 inst. his Answer is that Mr Venture has a right by<lb></lb>
Agreemt. to all the Rubbish but as you have had several Lpads of it for<lb></lb>
yr Land, he allowd him to take some few Chips & small rottem Pces of Wood<lb></lb>
in Compensation Of this Mr Treasurer has been inform'd And the order'd<lb></lb>
me to acquaint yo. that if Venture has taken no more he sees no Room for<lb></lb>
Complaint on that, Articles And cresents to yrs. taking the Roots of the<lb></lb>
Trees that are fell'd provided yo. make good the Dammage done. by taking<lb></lb>
up the Roots but will give no Orders for any further RepairsThe<lb></lb>
Insurances will be taken Care of</p>
