& is to have rough Timber found him for Repairs</p>

Rickmansworth were Informed that an Estate in that<lb></lb>
Manner late belonging to Mr Merrick was now descended<lb></lb>
to you or otherwise come into your possessionFrom<lb></lb>
which there appear to be due to the Hospital severall<lb></lb>
years Arrears of a Quit Rent of 9 P Ann</p>

Committee to apprize you of the abovemention'd Claim<lb></lb>
And Tishop'd you will satisfye their Demands in<lb></lb>
